Security officer service is offered to customers 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.  Customers can determine time frames for coverage as necessary.  MPS requires a minimum 4-hour commitment.

Based on the specific needs of each customer, security officers perform many functions such as access control, private foot patrols, loss prevention and the enforcement of customer rules and regulations.  Their primary mission in most cases is to deter, detect, observe and report any suspicious activities.  Security officers complete daily activity reports and incident reports to communicate observations at their facility.

Security officer service is provided to a variety of customers. Our uniformed security officers will operate in a variety of modes based on customer needs. Some of these modes include on-site stationary posts and foot patrols, alarm station and access control point monitoring, and identifying fire hazards. Security officers are intended to deter, detect, observe and report criminal activity and violations of customer’s rules, regulations and specified duties.

Access Control / Gate Attendants:  Security officers monitor access to your community or facility.  Effective access control procedures helps ensure that only authorized personnel enter your property reducing theft and safety related incidents.

Lock & Unlock Service: Security officers conduct facility opening & closing procedures according to customer specifications. Includes securing common areas of communities, activation & deactivation of alarms.

Enforcement of House Rules: Security officers enforce house rules and regulations such as curfew, pool regulations etc.

Parking Enforcement: Security officers enforce parking rules and regulations.  Work with designated tow companies to eliminate parking problems.

Electronic Patrol & Incident Reporting:  Patrol Officers document all activity on the property using a laptop terminal in the vehicle.  Activity logs can be sent out to customers on a daily basis.
